An article published in the November 2015 issue of Yoga Journal features our very own Laura Antelmi on the mat. Written by Gabriella Giubilaro, the article details the proper practice of Malasana (Garland Pose) and Kurmasana (Tortoise Pose), with prepatory poses for the latter including Akarna Dhanurasana (Archer Pose), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), and Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend). Thanks to Yoga Journal for sharing this with us!
