Eight weeks is a perfect amount of time to learn the basics and build confidence in yourself, gaining new strength and stamina, better balance and more energy in your daily life. Our highly trained instructors will teach you the basics of yoga practice and when the session is over you should be comfortable moving into a level 1 class.
This package provides an excellent value and, by letting you choose from a variety of class styles and times, the "flexibility" to fit yoga into your life.
Choose 1 or 2 Classes Per Week
- 8 Week Session, 1 Class Per Week = 8 classes for $118.00 ($14.75 per class)
- 8 Week Session, 2 Classes Per Week = 16 classes $185.00 ($11.56 per class)
You will get either 8 or 16 beginning yoga classes (over 8 weeks) with one of our highly trained instructors and we will give you a complimentary yoga mat!
You choose one or two classes a week and come to any class called Foundation I or Foundation II on our schedule.
